Your payment options
Payment is due after your dog's grooming session is complete. Once your pet is ready, you will be checked out, and an invoice will be promptly sent to your email address.

What if I'm charged extra?
All potential add-ons and additional services are discussed and agreed upon before your dog's check-in. The only exception where an add-on might be introduced after a service is if fleas are discovered on your pet. In such cases, we will provide photographic proof, and appropriate treatment will be administered to ensure your pet's health and comfort.
