At YappyEnding, your pet's safety and well-being are our top priorities. We believe in creating a comfortable and stress-free grooming experience. Please take a moment to review our liability waiver to ensure a positive visit for everyone. This waiver will be prompted when booking. 

My kennel space is limited, please be mindful that I only have kennel space available for FOUR dogs at a time. If you would NOT like your dog kenneled, please answer the Q&A on the booking app.

Important safety information

Understanding our approach to pet well-being
For safety and the mental well-being of dogs, we do not force services upon pets who show severe anxiety and distress. We have the right to refuse service due to behavior and health. Grooming can be stressful, and our safety and your pet's safety are the number one priority.

Health disclosure requirements

Please disclose any previous or current health concerns when booking. Keep your pet profile updated with allergies, conditions, and even changes in skin health. 

After logging in, click "Pets" to access your pet's profile(s). Complete the medical history and allergy sections. 

Emergency procedures and protocols
In case of emergency, you will be contacted immediately. Please see the release of liability on our booking app to understand our policy and procedures.

What if my pet has special needs?
Please inform us of any special needs or sensitivities your pet may have when booking. This allows us to prepare and ensure a calm and positive experience.

Hair Dyeing

At YappyEnding, we only use pet safe hair coloring products. If your pet have sensitive skin or reoccuring skin conditions, please consider this when selecting to add-on.

If you are considering or booked a "Hair Dying" add on, please send me your inspo pictures or details about your requested design. 

Leah has just began her journey in coat coloring and designs so be aware of difficult designs and possible room for improvement 😃

Hair Dyeing price is low to reflect Leah's experience in this area, we appreciate your feedback and support!
